Originally from Texas, Liza grew up hoping to escape the heat and humid climate of the Lone Star State. She decided to move to Colorado for college where she earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
After several years in Boulder, Liza returned to Texas to attend St. Mary's University School of Law back in her home town of San Antonio, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. Never a fan of the climate in Texas, however, she immediately moved back to Denver upon graduating to pursue the practice of law in the wonderful state of Colorado.
Liza has practiced in the area of debt resolution, specifically IRS tax debt resolution, since becoming an attorney. She currently focuses her practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy under Title 11 of the United States Code* and IRS tax debt resolution. She is dedicated to helping clients resolve their legal financial and debt issues and rebuild their financial life.
Liza is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
As a self described 'foodie', Liza enjoys cooking up new recipes to enjoy with friends in her spare time. She also loves taking advantage of all the great activities that the Colorado Rocky Mountains have to offer.
